The room was clean during my two-day stay, and the bathroom was large with a small sofa for relaxing. There was also plenty of space to lay my luggage flat. 👌 The toilet is motion-activated, so don't be surprised when it flushes automatically when you stand up. The only minor drawback is the location, which is between Seomyeon Station and Buam Station, making it a bit inconvenient to navigate with large luggage.
