The One Ben Thanh Hotel is in a safe, accessible area close to coffee shops and major tourist spots. Rooms are clean, with reliable hot showers, and the staff are very friendly and welcoming. A great stay in the heart of Saigon!

hotel location: is good walking distance to convenience stores and restaurants
transport access: grab was easy and fast since it’s in the city
cleanliness: staff was friendly and helpful with our luggage especially when we asked for room service

satisfied guest. the only problem we encounter is that we book and paid deluxe room but unfortunately they gave us regular room. The staff told us that many guest encountered same case like us.

breakfast was very good! overall hotel was clean and convenient to get around! staff were very helpful and nice! cleanliness can be improved, saw cobweb in the room and water shower pressure can be stronger. overall, highly recommended!
