Hotels near Golden Dragon Water Puppet Theatre

The hotel isn’t located in city center but if you are prepared to explore the city on foot in the intense heat you can get to Ben Thanh Market in half an hour. Grab fares getting to all the popular places from hotel were quite affordable. The rooms are spacious and staff were very friendly and helpful. It is an older hotel so you can expect signs of wear and tear in different parts of the room, but none of that affected my stay. My room was on the 12th floor and the view was open enough. One suggestion for the hotel is that they can include just the toothpaste packets when replenishing the toiletries, so guests won’t need to rip open the toothbrush pack just to get more toothpaste. They could also check the amount of body wash/shampoo during housekeeping.

Staff helped me to print my boarding pass and readily gave me before I said anything. the protectiveness stood out for me

Had a wonderful time here - zero complaints at all! The staff were the nicest and so accommodating. The area is peaceful and has a lot of coffee shops and food places that are at a walkable distance. The Sir who assists and welcomes guests at the entrance was the best. Our room was clean, aesthetic and comfortable.

Very nice and clean hotel. buffet breakfast. nice staff. hotel location: Pros - Great location. Close to many tourist attractions and only a stones throw away from Beh Thanh Markets. Lots of food options nearby. Cons - There is a night club close by that pumps music until like 2am. You can hear the bass clearly from the room. I didn't mind it but something to be aware of when booking here

We had ask the hotel for a high floor room but where given the 2nd floor for 2 rooms together. The noise wasnt as bad as what some of the reviews had commented. The outside balcony view was rather nice. Rooms are spacious. The toilet and shower does not have separate space therefore toilet paper if not careful might get wet.Air condition is nice and cold. Staff are very polite and do there utmost to help you. One of the best hotels that I have stayed.

it’s really worth every penny during our stay in Oakwood Hotel & Apartment Saigon. All the staff members were very accommodating specially Mr Sun and Mr Finn. Very clean and the hotel location is so perfect with every places or spots for the tourists. What you see in the room photos are exactly the same in actual. Given an opportunity, will definitely come back!

my room is clean, the breakfast food is amazing and most importantly, the staffs are very friendly and couldn’t be more helpful. Will definitely book again transport access: really convenient

The lcation of the hotel is very convenient. there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The room was clean. The breakfast was surprisingly delicious. I would definitely come back.

I'm from Taiwan! The hotel is right next to Nguyen Hue Walking Street, and it's within a 10-minute walk of all the major attractions. There's a currency exchange shop in the alley nearby, and you won't have to worry about finding places to eat and drink. I highly recommend this hotel. The only minor drawback is that the walking street often has events on weekends, so it can be a bit noisy until around 10 PM.
