The hotel room comfort was good, but some sea view rooms will have their sea view obstructed by a building under construction in front. Even on the eighth floor, our view was blocked. The room carpet was very dirty, with many stains, which made it quite uncomfortable to look at. I recommend replacing it. Additionally, we left a camera case at the rooftop pool and couldn't find it when we went back at night, as the pool staff had already left. Since we were leaving Langkawi the next morning, we asked the front desk to contact us about it, but we never received any follow-up. This aspect of the service felt lacking. The breakfast service was quite good, and some of the dishes changed daily.

We had a pleasant stay @ Dash. The staff were very accomodating and helpful to our needs. Food could be better but overall it was wonderful. Thank you Mr. Dave, Koko and En. Muhamad.

We stayed at Island View for 6 nights. While the price is a bit high, the rooms were clean and the view was amazing. Walking along the beach connected to the property was so healing, and it leads directly to a vibrant area that is just great to enjoy. If I were to choose a travel destination again based on location, accessibility, and friendliness, I would definitely want to stay here. However, since many Koreans visit, I hope they include at least one kimchi or Korean dish option for breakfast.

Toilet ventilation could be improved as if cause higg condensation to the room making the floor and walls wet the after shower.

this is my first time i stay here.. before this stayed at adya and nadias..i think this hotel is better..room is clean and modern with balcony whcih is value added...just located at center of chenang beach/ tourist hotspot.. very recommend..

We absolutely loved our stay at Parkroyal Langkawi! 🥰 The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. Compared to the one in Penang, we felt the team here was much more proactive and attentive. They really made us feel right at home.
A big thank you for the lovely birthday surprise they prepared for us — it was such a sweet touch and the birthday girl absolutely loved it! 🎂✨
The whole stay was so comfortable and relaxing. The beach is literally just a few steps away, and we chose an ocean-view room where we could watch the sunset right from our room — it was amazing! 🌅
Breakfast was great too, with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel! ❤️
