Fantastic jet ski experience in Phuket! The staff is kind and safety-conscious; they gave us all the instructions before we set off. We navigated among the islands, admiring the turquoise waters and wonderful tropical landscapes. It's an adrenaline-filled activity, but also a lot of fun. It was a wonderful experience. They were flexible with additional activities, and when they realized we were Japanese, they made a great effort to engage with us in Japanese. It was over in a flash, but we made the best memories. Thank you! Even if you're a big person over 240 lbs, it's perfectly fine, so give it a try! The following information is not about this company's services, but since they seem to be in partnership, I'll provide it. Drone photography during parasailing costs 1000 baht per person. I thought it was expensive, but I paid for it. The video was beautiful, so I'm pretty satisfied. I think it would have been amazing if we could have captured the sunset at 5 PM. Try to negotiate the price down. The henna tattoo was 500 baht after negotiation, and the aloe application was 200 baht at the asking price. I paid for it, thinking it was expensive, but if possible, negotiate the price before receiving the service. If it seems too high, clearly refuse it.

Big thanks to the staff for their professional and friendly treatment. The jet ski tour was done in groups, with everyone riding together and following each other, which made it even more fun and organized.
The places we visited were beautiful, and there were spots where you could buy drinks, water, and other things during the trip. Also, when you arrive to the recieption you can buy sunglasses, masks, and many useful items before starting.
Overall, an unforgettable experience!

The overall experience was good; the pickup was on time, and the facilities were new and clean. The only downside was that we had to pay 1000 baht to get the photos and videos taken by the guide, which felt too expensive! I've previously joined another company with a similar price, and they didn't charge extra for photos and videos. This is the only drawback.

An experience that exceeded expectations! Thank you to the wonderful team members from Joy. Because my parents don't speak English, we requested a Chinese-speaking guide. It seemed we were the only ones needing Chinese interpretation that day, and the young lady took wonderful care of us the entire time. She checked in with us before every activity to see if we had any questions and answered them all. During snorkeling, I was hesitant to get in the water because I'm not a strong swimmer, yet I felt it would be a huge pity to miss out. One of the guys from the Joy team directly grabbed a life ring, pulled me around, and helped me see the little fish! It was my first time experiencing the joy of snorkeling. The monkeys at Monkey Beach were also very cooperative—it was such a delightful experience. I really regret not buying the commemorative photo plate at the end; if I had another chance, I would definitely buy it because the photos turned out amazing! 👍 Our route that day covered Bamboo Island, Phi Phi Don, and Khai Island. When we left the final island, the staff were all heading home on long-tail boats, making us the very last ones to leave. So chill, haha 🏝️
