The suite is clean, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. The location in Melbourne is close to Southern Cross Station. It only took us a few minutes to walk to the meeting points for local tours. There's a chemist downstairs, and supermarkets are located within a few minutes' walk. There are a lot of food options nearby.
The suite is quiet. We were able to get a good night's sleep during our stay. Highly recommended.

Located near Southern Cross Station, it's a quick trip even with luggage. The room was very comfortable, making for a pleasant stay!

The hotel front desk service was very friendly. One day, because I was leaving the hotel early for a day trip, they thoughtfully prepared a breakfast box for me. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well every day for four days. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The hotel's decor was absolutely stunning and exceeded our expectations. But the highlight was the incredibly friendly staff. We'll definitely stay here again whenever we visit Melbourne.

The location is extremely convenient, about a 3-minute walk from the airport bus stop. The rooms are clean and tidied daily. There's a McDonald's, convenience stores, and delicious Japanese restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
