Our guide Trix was FANTASTIC. I couldn’t believe that he has been doing this for only a few months because I thought he has been a tour guide for all his life. He was so attentive and went above and beyond. He had videos he made to show us during the drive, made a special map for us to follow at the Jiufen. spoke such good English that communication was easy. He also went above and beyond and took us around special alley way to get the best shots at the Jiufen. I highly recommend this tour and it was even more special because of the guide Trix. Thank you!

This amazing trip is highly recommended! Big shoutout to Mr Alex of Ezfly Taiwan for making our trip with full of exitement and energy from starting point and until the end. Meet up at Taipei Main Station, Mr Alex group us as Number 3. Then we started our journey in Shifen Sky Lantern - lantern is free as included , make a wish before letting go the lantern! 2nd Stop Jiufen - enjoy the food as a lot of free taste and also the view is amazing! Must tey the taro balls . 3rd Stop Yehliu limit time so just take picture to Cute Princess and at back of Queens Head then run go back to bus ! 4th The pastry making - love the experience and food tasting and buying pasalubong. Overall worth it , it is better to book in Klook rather than DIY! For Mr Alex thanks for the heart sticker and for the prices during the Q&A inside the bus. Mr Alex is bilingual also Mandarin and English so it is easy to understand !

😇😇😇😇group size: 34 people meet at station. on time leaving. I had a wonderful experience on the Klook Jiufen and Shifen tour, thanks to our guide, Kelly Shao😘. She was extremely knowledgeable and explained the history and culture of each place in a fun and engaging way. The timing of the tour was perfect — we never felt rushed but also managed to see and do so much.
Kelly also gave great local food recommendations, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. One of the highlights for me was the traditional tea experience in Jiufen. It was peaceful, beautiful, and truly memorable.
I highly recommend this tour, and especially Kelly as a guide, if you want an informative, well-organized, and enjoyable day trip.

Originally, I only planned to celebrate my cousin's birthday with a dinner party, and the children also wanted to go to the children's playground. As a result, I saw the guided tour of the Palace Museum on Klook and decided to change the way and have a birthday journey to meet ancient history. In this way, a group of people from four to fifty years old participated together. The tour guide was very attentive and professional. He took us to see important cultural relics for three hours without taking a break. During the process, he added a lot of wonderful historical backgrounds and designed small questions to interact with the children, so that everyone listened with relish. Although the children's physical strength was almost exhausted in the end, my father and I were still reluctant to leave. I sincerely thank this tour guide for giving us a wonderful experience as if we were walking into the ancient world, and leaving a special and unforgettable birthday memory. I really recommend this itinerary. The quality is great, the tour guide is responsible and serious, and it is worth a return visit!

Our guide Chiara was the best! She spoke English well and told so many interesting stories about the places we went to. She was very accommodating, giving everyone in the tour the option to stay in the tour bus (the weather was not very good) or to explore each area a bit more. She also took pictures of everyone (those who wanted to have pictures taken), and helped us all out to order for lunch (at a good local restaurant in Zhizihu). Shout out tonthe driver, Mr. Fan, as well! He drove carefully along the mountain roads amid the fog. As for the itinerary itself, I personally would have wanted to spend more time just relaxing and walking around at the nature spots, but I understand that these tours are meant to allow the visitor to see as much as possible. And we did see a lot. All around an excellent tour!

Though it was raining at first, we were still able to enjoy the tea tasting experience. The owner of the tea house/ host was quite an expert. He had his funny ways too. Our tour guide, David, was very knowledgeable and professional. Would highly recommend this tour!

This grassland tour was one of the highlights of my trip to Taiwan! The scenery was absolutely stunning—wide open landscapes, fresh air, and endless green views that make you feel completely relaxed. It truly offers some of the best natural views in Taiwan.
The tour was well-organized, with plenty of time to walk around, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The guide was friendly and informative, adding interesting stories about the area without rushing us.
If you love nature, open spaces, and beautiful landscapes, this grassland day tour is a must. A perfect way to experience Taiwan’s natural beauty!

I recently joined a Tour Me Away "free" walk guided tour in Taipei, booked through Klook, and I cannot recommend our guide, Leo, highly enough. Leo was a truly lovely, engaging, and eloquent guide who brought Taiwan’s history to life with warmth and passion.
From the start, Leo’s storytelling skills and deep knowledge made every stop-whether a park, a memorial, or a bustling city street-feel meaningful. He shared not just the facts, but also the significance of each place, connecting Taiwan’s local history to its impact on world events. Leo’s enthusiasm was infectious, and his ability to answer questions and engage with everyone in the group made the tour both educational and enjoyable.
Having a guided tour with someone like Leo is not just a good idea-it’s the best way to truly appreciate Taiwan’s rich past and the sacrifices made by those who fought for democracy. Walking through the parks and memorials, I gained a much deeper appreciation for the courage and resilience of the people who shaped Taiwan’s present.
If you’re considering a tour in Taipei, don’t hesitate to book with Tour Me Away on Klook. Leo’s guidance will help you see the city through new eyes, and you’ll walk away with a greater understanding and appreciation for Taiwan’s place in world history.
