Fantastic 5.0
Great tour! Raffaelo is such a good storyteller and was able to infuse humor, sentimentality and perspective on the history of the places visited. The walk thru the holocause memorial was gut-wrenching.

Great 4.0
Arrived at the accommodation at 10:50 AM. The Vietnamese staff kindly stored my medicine in the refrigerator and offered water. They said I could get the key at 2:00 PM. I had trouble opening the room door with the key card. The mattress was memory foam. There was no air conditioning, so it was a bit warm. It was clean, but since it faced the main road, there was a lot of noise from cars and trains when the window was open. [Pros] 1. The staff were very friendly. Especially the Vietnamese woman, who spoke good English and was very kind. The Indian man was also friendly. 2. The room was clean and well-equipped with kitchenware. 3. A washing machine was available on the ground floor (lobby level). 4. The TV was an LG Smart TV, with YouTube and internet connectivity. 5. The internet speed was good and stable. 6. There were spacious and well-designed lounge areas on both sides of the lobby floor. 7. Close to Ostkreuz station, with many train lines. Also close to the airport. 8. Close to Kaufland, a large supermarket. 9. There's a river behind the accommodation, which is great for walks. River view rooms have different pricing. [Cons] 1. The bed mattress was a thin latex, which was uncomfortable. 2. No air conditioning. It will likely get very hot as the weather warms up. 3. Rooms at the end of the building, facing the road intersection, experienced very severe noise from cars and trains. In particular, the honking from inconsiderate drivers trying to make a left turn from the straight-only second lane was very loud. 4. There was no coffee machine in the room and no coffee service. 5. I didn't have breakfast because it was expensive (19 euros). The menu also seemed limited.
