I visited the Sha Tin branch last time and had a good experience, so this time I went to Happy Valley. The environment is nice, and it even has a private restroom, which is a plus. However, perhaps the Sha Tin branch is newer, so I felt its environment was slightly better. The masseur's technique was excellent, so it seems both branches are good and worth recommending.

The masseuse, Paula, was very chatty and proactively explained stretching knowledge and techniques. Other hotel staff were also polite. The executive lunch staff arranged everything perfectly. Overall, I had a great experience. This was my second visit, and it's a good choice for relaxation!

The masseuse proactively communicated about the pressure and sometimes told jokes to lighten the mood. However, there was a bit of a hard sell at the end. When it was time to pay, they also briefly tried to sell a package, but I rarely go to Hong Kong Island, so I didn't consider it. They didn't seem upset, and overall, the experience was quite good.

overall experience was nice. my friend and I did a 45 mins health spa in a sauna like warm room, then we had our massage then facial. everything took around 2 hrs 45 mins. at the end of the session we got a tea to drink too. there’s a shower as well in case you wanna shower after oil massage. overall I loved it, it was relaxing!

The shower amenities had a unique fragrance. For the treatment, there were three essential oil options, with jasmine being particularly distinctive. The masseuse's technique was excellent and adjusted to the client's needs. The small refreshments provided after the treatment were also delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money.

When it was time to change for the spa, although the spa area was a bit small, it offered complete privacy, and there was even a cold green tea and a cold towel ready for use, which was very thoughtful! In the Kwun Tong area, having a spa, facial, and body massage is quite rare. The facial itself was incredibly comfortable; although the products used were a bit ordinary, for a price of just over 300 HKD, I understand that you can't expect too much! Finally, the massage therapist came in, and they were truly skilled, applying plenty of pressure without holding back at all—definitely commendable! Regarding the package price, it's really worth considering. There's absolutely no hard selling, and it's worth experiencing firsthand. Joining a plan later on isn't very expensive either; for just a few hundred HKD, you get all three services. In the past, this might have cost four figures, so it's an incredible deal! I especially appreciate the manager's meticulous attention to detail—100% excellent! 👍🏻
