Since there happened to be no other participants, it became a private tour. The staff member accompanying us was kind, and the Japanese owner was also friendly. The meeting place is within the Westin Hotel's private beach, and you can leave your luggage there (I think it should be kept to a minimum!). We were also able to encounter sea turtles, and as an option, we had some wonderful photos taken with a GoPro. It was a wonderful experience. Thank you!

It was a fun experience! If you can communicate in English, you can proceed without any problems! It was my first time scuba diving, but I learned well thanks to the kind and experienced instructor. 😊👍

Snorkeling requires a fair amount of physical strength, but the clarity of the sea and the beauty of the coral and fish were amazing. Stand-up paddleboarding also takes stamina but is just as enjoyable, and we were lucky enough to see sea turtles. If you're hesitating, you should definitely go. It was a very satisfying tour, starting early in the morning.

We were lucky enough to see dolphins and unexpectedly saw many flying fish. The crew was energetic and attentive. This activity is mainly for Korean groups. Out of dozens of people on the boat, there were only two Japanese people and our family of three Chinese people. The crew speaks English, and the tour guide mainly speaks Korean, but also speaks English to us separately. Safety: Children are strictly required to wear life jackets. Experience: They take photos when you go into the sea and also take group photos.

Absolutely the best! Highly recommend~~!!! I was so worried about the rain on the day of the tour, but contrary to my worries, I was so, so satisfied because I was able to enjoy such beautiful and wonderful views! The guides who showed us around were also very friendly, and before taking pictures, they personally took pictures at good spots and took really great photos, so thank you! It was so much fun to learn about things I didn't know with the last constellation explanation~~! I highly recommend the Starlight Tour!

I saw "Ka'lea" at the SandCastle during my stay in Guam. It was on a larger scale than I expected, and I was overwhelmed by the lighting, sound, and the power of the dancers. The acrobatics scenes in particular were breathtaking, and the whole venue was filled with a sense of unity. The story-like nature of the show made it enjoyable even without understanding the language, which was great. The costumes were also gorgeous, and I was able to fully enjoy entertainment that was unique to being abroad. I only watched the show without dinner, but I was more than satisfied. The venue was also easily accessible from the hotel, which made it a great memory from my trip to Guam. If I have another chance to go to Guam, it's a show I would like to see again.

Stayed for seven nights, and after reading many reviews, I thought it would be terrible, but it turned out better than expected. The location is great, with easy access to shopping. The room was clean, and you can request amenities from the front desk (toilet paper, towels). The water pressure was strong and hot enough, and the air conditioning was super cold and comfortable. You can bring your own hangers to dry clothes outside; the AC's outdoor unit dries them quickly (1-2 items). The front desk staff is also very friendly and can help you call a taxi to the airport for around $30 USD. I would definitely choose this place again next time. The only downside is that if the shops are closed, you have to take a longer route to get out. The hotel also offers a laundry room service hidden next to the main entrance. If you need to get water, you can go to the gym (I only found out in the last few days, and the front desk doesn't actively tell you).

I would like to commend Sir Jun Ego for his outstanding assistance during our entire stay at Hotel Nikko Guam. From the very first day until our check-out, he went above and beyond to make sure we were well accommodated. He guided us on how to find transportation, introduced us to taxis, explained the use of Stroll, provided details about bus availability and schedules, and even suggested places we could visit during our trip. His efforts truly made our stay smoother and more enjoyable. Sir Jun played a huge part in completing our trip, and we are deeply grateful for his help. We highly, highly commend him for his excellent service.
