I had a wonderful experience with the assigned tour guide 小胡 during my trip to 土楼. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and very attentive to the group’s needs. I met like minded friends from HKG in my group. The itinerary was well-paced, and we never felt rushed. I really appreciate the insightful explanations about local culture and history, as well as the thoughtful recommendations for food and photo and massage spots. Was a great day trip to Yunshuiyao and Tulou. The travel agency will email requesting for WeChat ID and thereafter all communications were done via WeChat. The driver and Yunshuiyao guide is the same person and we were assigned to 洪师傅. He came to pick us from our hotel at Zhongshan Pedestrian Street at 7.30am and he was very punctual. Thereafter we went to pick another 2 more groups before heading to Tulou. Actual itinerary: 7.30am - Pick up from hotel 10am - Reached Tulou, a separate guide from the Tulou will meet the group there and explained the history of Tulou. Visited 3 Tulous and the whole walk was about 3km. 12pm - Lunch at a restaurant (meal not included) 1.30pm - Leave for Yunshuiyao 2pm to 4pm - Yunshuiyao tour 4pm - Sending the group back to their accoms 7pm - Reached Xiamen Zhongshan Pedestrain Street Total of 6 pax and a comfortable 9 seater bus was allocated. Pleasant experience and will definitely recommend.

I booked a day trip to Yunshuiyao for my mom and aunt, and luckily, we ended up with a private tour! 😄😄 A big thank you to Master Zhou for the thoughtful guidance today and for helping my family capture so many beautiful photos. We had an excellent day at Tianluokeng. Our driver Xiao Hu was on time and friendly. He shared a lot of information re the area and answered our many questions. The EV ride was smooth and comfortable.

I would definitely recommend the tour (even though it's in Chinese). I met many friendly and helpful people. They translated for me, took numerous photos, and gave me food and snacks. I had a lot of fun and would recommend the tour anytime.

Driver Xiao Xulin was very thoughtful, introducing us to the sights along the way. When it rained in Yunshuiyao, he even brought an umbrella to pick us up. It was a great experience. The recommended restaurants were also delicious and inexpensive. I will definitely choose him again next time.

张师傅contacted is the day before for the hotel pickup. he a skillful and patient driver during the long driving journey to TuLuos. He’s also answered and gave us lots information along the way. At Yunahuiyao the local guide 黄小姐 was also very knowledge and gave us a great tour there. She’s also a great photographer too. took many nice photos for us. After lunch, 张师傅 tookover and took us to TianLuoKeng TuLuo cluster. another great pleasant experiences there too. He also ensure we are safe and constantly told us to walked carefully with the uneven paths. He took us to some nice spots for our photos shots too.
