Visited the Lindt Chocolate Museum during my Switzerland trip and honestly had a really enjoyable experience. The place is beautiful, modern, and smells amazing the moment you enter. The giant chocolate fountain at the entrance is super impressive and perfect for photos. I enjoyed learning about the history of chocolate and how Lindt chocolates are made. The interactive exhibits were easy to follow and fun even if you’re not usually into museums. The tasting section was definitely the highlight — getting to try different chocolates was such a happy moment. Booking through Klook was smooth and convenient. Entry process was easy and hassle-free. I’d recommend coming slightly earlier to explore slowly and enjoy the cafe/shop too. Great place for chocolate lovers, families, couples, or even solo travelers.

We visited during the peak season in August. Arriving at Zermatt Station at 6:40 AM allowed us to catch the first train at 7:00 AM, and all six of us easily secured seats on the right side. The observation deck wasn't overly crowded, so we could take as many photos as we wanted. The souvenir shop at the observation deck opened at 9:00 AM; while M and L sizes of the cute Gornergrat-exclusive T-shirts were scarce, we managed to get some. On the way back, we hiked from Rotenboden to Riffelberg. The weather was great, and we saw the inverted Matterhorn. While sneakers are not impossible, there are rocky and sloped paths, so trekking shoes are preferable. It was cold at the top, but as we descended, it became scorching hot due to a heatwave, so a packable down jacket that you can easily take on and off is essential. I even took off my Heattech inner layer at Riffelberg.

Tickets allowed priority boarding which was good and made the trip really smooth for us.

I had pleasant trip with this Best Of Switzerland Tours and this is my 2nd time with them. Matthew and Shreya was very helpful, kind and cheerful and friendly throughout the whole trip. I especially appreciated how they shared interesting information and stories with us on the bus before we even reached each destination. It made the journey enjoyable and helped us understand more about the places we were visiting. The positive energy and cheerful personality made the whole tour even more memorable. Worth every penny. Amazing views. The pilot was friendly. However, you should arrive at the company before your booked time. I went to the meeting point but there was no one there and no sign – almost missed it! But the company is very close to the meeting point and that wasn't a problem, it's something that can happen. Everything happened very quickly, no time wasted. recommend photos + videos it's cool!

I booked on the spot and waited a few minutes to receive the QR code. There's a little queue for the entrance to the cable car but it moves fast. This is highly recommended so you don't have to line up for the ticket counter as they take time too.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spectacular Sunset Views – Worth Every Franc! Harder Kulm is an absolute must when visiting Interlaken. With the Swiss Travel Pass, you get half price on the funicular — great value for what is genuinely one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking viewpoints. The panorama of snow-capped peaks and the twin lakes of Thun and Brienz is stunning at any time of day, but staying for sunset takes it to another level entirely. I had a light dinner at the mountaintop restaurant while watching the alpenglow — a perfect evening. Do stay for the last tram down to make the most of it. It gets crowded, but the view more than makes up for it. Book it, go once, remember it forever.

This tour was the highlight of our visit to Switzerland! Absolutely amazing views and very cool experience! Our tour guide, Gonzalo, was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to our entire group😊. Highly recommend!

It's really fun for the whole family. There are lots of activities and all included in the ticket. So do make full use of the activities and find out more before heading up the mountain.

It was a great trip with very scenic views from our bus. The bus was comfortable, and our guide, Daniel, was incredibly helpful. He guided us through the entire city, especially the Old Town, explaining the history of the old buildings and architecture. He beautifully described how Zurich is a wonderful city in every possible way. When we visited the Lindt chocolate factory, he also instructed us on how to return to Zurich City. Overall, it was a very pleasant and helpful trip.

Super worth buying this voucher if you want to tick of this from your bucketlist. The entire Outdoor Skydive team was very accommodating and friendly. Special shoutout to Abel, my instructor, who made me feel extra safe the entire time!
