Visited the Lindt Chocolate Museum during my Switzerland trip and honestly had a really enjoyable experience. The place is beautiful, modern, and smells amazing the moment you enter. The giant chocolate fountain at the entrance is super impressive and perfect for photos. I enjoyed learning about the history of chocolate and how Lindt chocolates are made. The interactive exhibits were easy to follow and fun even if you’re not usually into museums. The tasting section was definitely the highlight — getting to try different chocolates was such a happy moment. Booking through Klook was smooth and convenient. Entry process was easy and hassle-free. I’d recommend coming slightly earlier to explore slowly and enjoy the cafe/shop too. Great place for chocolate lovers, families, couples, or even solo travelers.

Purchasing through Klook gave us a 5% discount, and we received the voucher promptly. There was no need to exchange it for a physical ticket; we simply scanned the QR code to enter, which was very convenient. We visited Zermatt in mid-June and had fantastic weather. From the Gornergrat observation deck, we could see the Matterhorn and the glacier up close. On our way back, we hiked directly to Riffelhorn, where we enjoyed lunch from a high vantage point, gazing at the Matterhorn and Lake Riffelsee. After taking photos, we continued to the next stop, Riffelberg (but remember to take the longer path for the best experience). The scenery along this route is beautiful, and hiking with the Matterhorn in view the whole time was incredibly enjoyable. It's an even better and more scenic walk than hiking from the observation deck to Lake Riffelsee. Therefore, I highly recommend hiking down two stops from the Gornergrat observation deck. However, when visiting the Swiss mountains, be sure to bring a waterproof jacket and waterproof hiking shoes.

Around 9 AM, we purchased our cable car tickets on the spot next to the First ticket office. We waited about 3 minutes to receive our vouchers, which were cheaper than buying directly at the counter. We scanned the QR code to enter directly. First is definitely worth visiting. I recommend hiking to Lake Bachalpsee; we spent about 3-4 hours there. There are also many trails around the lake. On the way back, we hiked to the next cable car station, enjoying the beautiful scenery along the way, before taking the cable car down the mountain. We went up the mountain around 9:30 AM and came down at 6 PM. I highly recommend coming here for hiking and biking.

In this tour you will be able to go to Grindelwald, Interlaken and Lauterbrunnen in one day. we had a great day and enjoyed it. Highlight of the tour was Grindelwald First and Staubach falls in Lauterbrunnen. The view was so stunning. Highly recommended.

Worth every penny. Amazing views. The pilot was friendly. However, you should arrive at the company before your booked time. I went to the meeting point but there was no one there and no sign – almost missed it! But the company is very close to the meeting point and that wasn't a problem, it's something that can happen. Everything happened very quickly, no time wasted. recommend photos + videos it's cool!

Tickets allowed priority boarding which was good and made the trip really smooth for us.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Spectacular Sunset Views – Worth Every Franc! Harder Kulm is an absolute must when visiting Interlaken. With the Swiss Travel Pass, you get half price on the funicular — great value for what is genuinely one of Switzerland’s most breathtaking viewpoints. The panorama of snow-capped peaks and the twin lakes of Thun and Brienz is stunning at any time of day, but staying for sunset takes it to another level entirely. I had a light dinner at the mountaintop restaurant while watching the alpenglow — a perfect evening. Do stay for the last tram down to make the most of it. It gets crowded, but the view more than makes up for it. Book it, go once, remember it forever.

This tour was the highlight of our visit to Switzerland! Absolutely amazing views and very cool experience! Our tour guide, Gonzalo, was very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating to our entire group😊. Highly recommend!

It's really fun for the whole family. There are lots of activities and all included in the ticket. So do make full use of the activities and find out more before heading up the mountain.

It was a great trip with very scenic views from our bus. The bus was comfortable, and our guide, Daniel, was incredibly helpful. He guided us through the entire city, especially the Old Town, explaining the history of the old buildings and architecture. He beautifully described how Zurich is a wonderful city in every possible way. When we visited the Lindt chocolate factory, he also instructed us on how to return to Zurich City. Overall, it was a very pleasant and helpful trip.
