Our tour guide, pick up driver are both very nice and punctual. Especially the tour guide, Bambang, he was very considerate and friendly during the whole trip. I feel super lucky that we had him as our guide. Wish him all the best.

I had such an amazing experience with our drivers during our Bali trip! A huge thank you to Widi, who picked us up at 2:00 AM without a single complaint. He was punctual, friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the journey. He brought us to the coffee tasting and Bali Swing, patiently waited for us at every stop, and even shared recommendations along the way. His kindness and professionalism made the day so enjoyable. A special shoutout as well to our Mt. Batur jeep driver, Maruta! Not only did he safely bring us up the mountain, but he also went above and beyond by taking so many incredible photos and videos for us. He knew all the best angles and viewpoints, and thanks to him, we now have beautiful memories to look back on. He was enthusiastic, patient, and truly made the sunrise experience unforgettable.Both of them exceeded our expectations and made our Bali adventure even more special. We have jeep driver photographer and driver Darta, very good photo taking. know the good angle . Klook driver (hotel transfer) was also great. I've a good experience from start to end. Klook driver (hotel transfer) was also great. Him and his team Whatsapp me to confirm pickup time and location. This is really unlike my experience from traveloka tour, Klook is much better. Just take note the road to the mountain top for the sunrise tour is very very rocky. it is not suitable for pregnant woman and young kids and elderly(unless fit!)

gede was a good guide and expert navigator. told me the best places to be and times to be there. escorted me thru lines. was patient and helpful. the tour was great the fire show was may different than I expected and I loved it. it displayed a rich acted out story with drama and fun.

We were pleasantly surprised by a free visit to a coffee plantation, which was a great bonus. The temple was beautiful, and the views along the way were stunning. The ATV ride was definitely the highlight of the day—such an amazing experience! The staff were friendly and professional, everything was well organized, and all the equipment was provided. This tour package is definitely worth it. Everything was perfect, and we highly recommend it!

very convenient and the drivers and rour guides can be trusted and very diligent. the photos also came out wonderful and the photographer is very patient. they also give free bottled waters, answer questions about histories and is fluent in English. my tour guides were Edo and Wayan by the way. kudos to them! the place was magnifecent especially the tree house and diamond beach. you will never regret this tour especially if you're like me who is in a solo travel.

We had an incredible day exploring Nusa Penida with Ngurah Lokantara as our guide. The highlights were definitely Diamond Beach and Kelingking Beach — the cliffside views and crystal-clear waters were even more stunning in person. Ngurah was very professional, patient, and easy to communicate with. He knew all the best viewpoints, made sure we never felt rushed, and helped us take plenty of great photos. Hands down the best island tour in Bali, big thanks to ADEN & JENA! Adam’s photography is fantastic. He picked great angles for cliffs and sunsets, and took beautiful couple shots for our birthday trip. We love all the precious photos he captured. Jena gave very professional snorkeling guidance. He explained safety rules clearly, checked our gear carefully, and escorted us in the water to swim safely with manta rays. The luxury yacht trip was wonderful. All entrance fees, snorkeling gear, meals and insurance are covered. The extra hidden sunset viewpoint gave amazing views. Transfers were on time and everything was well arranged.
