Things to do in Taitung

Ah Shan Ge (Brother Ah Shan) is both fun and professional, and all the activities are well worth participating in. He also helps take commemorative photos throughout the process. It was so much fun that we kept playing! For example, during the Blue Cave snorkeling, you can see beautiful aquamarine water, swim inside the cave, and even experience cliff jumping. The "Immortal's Stacked Stones" requires navigating through a rugged jungle, which is perfect for adventure lovers, and the scenery is beautiful with spectacular rock formations! If the waves are good, you can also jump, but unfortunately, we didn't get to this time. Additionally, during diving, you can see many fish and corals! The instructor will give you bread to feed the fish; there are many more fish here than in Xiaoliuqiu, and there's even an underwater mailbox where you can mail underwater postcards. Highly recommended, it's superb!

We arrived early and waited at the shop, where the on-site instructor first explained the safety measures. I was very curious and excited about Green Island's Blue Cave! Following the local instructor, the scenery along the way was beautiful. I'm so glad I signed up for the Blue Cave Secret Exploration; it's truly worth visiting. However, please be sure to join a tour group for the activity to ensure a safe and worry-free experience! Highly recommended! I specifically took the train to Taitung, but then arranged to drive around Taitung, and by the time I arrived in Chishang, I was questioning my decision! However, I'm so glad I included this experience; it was incredibly beautiful, fun, and a relaxing way to enjoy the scenery ❤️ You absolutely must visit Chishang! Highly, highly recommended. Being so close to both the Central Mountain Range and the Coastal Mountain Range was truly wonderful 👍

As long as they are on a leash, you can bring dogs into the park and have a great time. You can buy hay to feed the sheep, cows, donkeys, ponies, and rabbits in the park, which are all super cute ❤️. You can also pay 50 yuan to go grass sledding. The ice cream and cheese sold in the park are delicious, the photos are beautiful, and it's worth a visit.

Asahi Hot Springs offers a comfortable and clean environment with beautiful ocean views. Soaking in the hot springs while gazing at the sea is incredibly relaxing. The pool areas are well-designed, with a variety of water temperatures, making for a very therapeutic overall experience. The facilities are well-maintained, and it's not overly crowded, allowing for a truly enjoyable time. The staff provides friendly service, making this a worthwhile itinerary item when visiting Green Island.

When buying tickets for travel, I always check Klook first. This national forest is fairly well-maintained, and many reviewers say they've seen Reeves's muntjac. Unfortunately, this time I encountered rain in the afternoon and had to end the trip early, so I left without seeing one. All in all, it's a comfortable place.

This was an excellent travel package for a stress-free vacation to Green Island. Everything was provided by the travel agency. We were picked up from our hotel in Taitung and brought to the port while they handled our ferry ticketing. Upon arrival to Green Island, a car was waiting to bring our luggage to the hotel, which was also pretty nice. Going home, all of our logistics up until Taitung rail station was also handled for us. I highly recommend this package.

The communication a day before the tour was great. Klook rep contacted via whatsapp and Guide 陈先生 followed up with the contact. Guide was early and explained the itinerary before our set off, it ended up as a private tour was there wasn’t anyone else. 陈 took us on a relaxed and chilled ride, introducing us to the scenic spots and the way of life in taitung.
