On March 21st, I traveled to the United Kingdom with my husband, sister, brother-in-law, and mother. We arrived at Heathrow Airport from the United States at 10:30 a.m. and promptly joined a scheduled lunch cruise on a double-decker bus at 12:00 p.m. Although it was a tight schedule, we managed to arrive on time. We thoroughly enjoyed the unique experience of having lunch on the upper deck of the bus.
During the meal, the bus driver navigated through the city of London, offering us picturesque views and pleasant weather. The four-course meal was exceptional, showcasing the chef’s impressive culinary skills. The staff were very attentive and accommodating; one of the servers kindly assisted us with taking photos of our group.
After disembarking near Chinatown, we explored the surrounding area on foot. We have visited the UK twice now and truly love the country. We look forward to returning in the future.

The food and drinks were good. We don’t usually drink champagne so gave us some refreshing mock tails. overall a very nice experience with a beautiful view of the city from the river. I’m not sure why the instructions told us to take an Uber boat when we could have taken a more direct less expensive transport with the underground train.

Tom the King 😅😅 was on point on every food stop plus the history of Camden. His food arrangement was well planned with highlights of the best till the end. the Naples Italian bite and that apple crumble dessert… how clever in making sure we get to taste the best. What an awesome experience! YMMV depending on your group; mine just happened to have 7 adults spread across 2 tables on top-deck, 1 waving ecstatically at people on the streets, 3 singing along, and all perfectly fine with the cheesiness. Everything exceeded expectations, and the service was superb! The food, desserts, and drinks were delicious. Props were provided to ham it up, and the take-home cup is too cute! Highly recommend.

Convenient Transportation: It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the train station to the hotel, which is a walkable distance.
Breakfast: Perhaps because the hotel can accommodate many guests, the restaurant has two separate areas with identical food selections, making it convenient for guests. The variety of food is similar to what you'd find in typical three- or four-star hotels in Europe.
Cleanliness: The room's cleanliness was acceptable. The bathroom was a bit small, but it clearly looked recently renovated and very clean. I'm not sure if the room had air conditioning, as I couldn't find a switch or remote. However, during my two-night stay, perhaps because the evening temperatures in the UK are still a bit cool, the room never felt stuffy.

12 minute walk from King’s Cross station although it felt like a lifetime in this heatwave. Hotel doesn’t have air conditioning but they did provide a fan. Breakfast was ok, but no fried eggs but a ton of scrambled instead. Sausages weren’t the best and stay away from the orange juice, very weak. Apple juice was good though.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast facilities were great (lots of tables and a good breakfast selection). The location was great, with nearby bars and restaurants. Tube stations nearby.
Room was basic but clean. Would have liked a bathmat for the floor. There was a fan in the room and the window opened a little which helped with the warm weather.
The only negative was how warm the room was. It was baking hot with no AC. Which is why we removed 1 star.
Would i stay here again? Definitely.
While out exploring, I would recommend opening the window, opening the curtains and keeping the fan on. This should hopefully help with the temperature.

comfortable hotel to stay with. the cleaning of room is fine, but the cleaner forgot to provide one of a new towel after removed the dirty one, which required to sorted the case at front desk while check out, in order to avoid misleading. overall is very good
