Review for: 4 Days in 1 Month (Second Class)

Train Travel in Sweden is not cheap so we bought a 4 day Flexi Pass just enough to see us through the various places we targeted. This Pass was "flexible enough" to allow last minute changes to our itinerary. As we did not validate it online (which is possible nowadays with Eurail Pass website), we had to find the station counter to do it before our first day of travel. So there is pros and cons of whether to validate it online before travel. If your plans are fixed and not likely to change, then validating online with Eurail Pass website will save time in searching for a station to validate it. In our case, we wasted some time at the Stockholm Airport to look for the counter to validate it. Unfortunately, after validating it, we could not book the train route that we wanted without paying a surcharge for "Express" as the Normal one was fully booked.

If plan is fixed already, good to save time, effort to queue to buy tickets from counter or machine. Just make sure you keep your pass safely after validating it.

There are very high booking fee required when reserving seats on train. Definitely not recommending. Will advice against using EuroRail travel in Sweden.
