這酒店很方便，在深圳灣過關，坐滴滴16元到達，其實地鐵重快，后海站D2出口，今次是慶祝生日，但klook冇備註，到咗同酒店講，房間有佈置送朱古力和生果，經理好細心，大棠又送咖啡紅茶，設備齊全，大棠寬敞，室內泳池都適合小朋友玩，因為有提供大型水泡，自助晚餐都好豐富，送龍蝦喎或燕窩選擇，還有送咗榴槤班戟，食物水準不錯，房間都很舒服有浴缸，週邊有很多商場行街一流，自助早餐都豐富，值得推介的一間酒店

The hotel was very close to Exit D2 of Houhai Subway Station. The lobby was grand but had a slightly nostalgic feel. The staff were very polite and efficient during check-in, so we got our room quickly. The room was exceptionally clean, and every morning, the housekeeping staff greeted us politely. Near the hotel, there's Talent Park, MixC World, and Coastal City, offering many choices for shopping and dining. This stay included breakfast, which was very rich and delicious.

The room was well-maintained, but the air conditioning was a bit weak. The front desk staff provided excellent service, and the dinner buffet quality was good, with each person receiving a complimentary coconut soup. However, the breakfast was a bit underwhelming.

The hotel is located near the subway station exit and is convenient for travel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the hotel is surrounded by shopping malls. Restaurants and shopping are very convenient. The hotel's buffet dinner was delicious and the restaurant environment was comfortable. The hotel front desk staff is efficient and courteous.

The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from Houhai Metro Station, which is very convenient. There is a large shopping mall, Coast City, nearby. When we went to the shopping mall, there was artificial snow outside, which made the children very excited.

The breakfast buffet is rich, and the dinner buffet is average. The raw fish and frozen seafood are not too fresh, but there are all-you-can-eat hairy crabs in November. There is an indoor heated swimming pool and an old-style five-star hotel. This price is great value for money.

Kempinski Hotel has an excellent location, very close to Coastal City and MixC World, making it convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. The overall hotel service is great, and the staff are friendly. The rooms are clean.
