The hotel is in a convenient location, and the front desk staff is friendly and smiling. The room was clean and well equipped. But there was a smell and the lights were dim. The breakfast buffet is delicious, with Chinese, Western and Japanese options. The ready-made rice rolls are delicious and smooth, with many choices. There are few cooked food options for dinner, mainly barbecue.

It takes about 3 minutes to walk from the East Square exit of Shenzhen North Railway Station. The transportation is very convenient, and it is also convenient to take the subway and high-speed rail. Stayed in a parent-child suite on the 55th floor (the front desk upgraded me for free) with a first-class view. Includes buffet breakfast and dinner for 3 people, 2 adults and 2 children, 5-star environment, great value for money.

The arrangements were made politely for the second day. I forgot my birthday and Lishi also helped me keep a clean room. The food was not very varied but tasted good.

However, please note that when traveling from Shenzhen North Station to the hotel, you need to transfer elevators to reach the lobby on the 46th floor, which may be slightly inconvenient for travelers with large luggage. Facilities are more business-oriented, with fewer leisure options. In terms of hotel facilities, leisure options are relatively limited, with only a fitness room and seemingly no swimming pool. For guests hoping to relax or engage in recreational activities at the hotel, there aren't many choices. However, the hotel has an entire floor of conference rooms, clearly catering more to the needs of business travelers. Service and dining are adequate. The hotel staff's service attitude is good, and I was lucky enough to get an early check-in, which was a nice experience. In terms of dining, breakfast and dinner are both buffet style. The overall selection is not extensive, and the food quality is acceptable, without being particularly surprising, but also not disappointing, falling into the satisfactory range.
