We arrived in Vung Tau from Ho Chi Minh City in two hours. We were able to board by scanning the QR code attached to the email, and no ticket exchange was necessary. It was pleasant to be able to go outside during the trip. There were waves as we exited the river near Vung Tau and entered the sea, and some people were seasick. Snacks and cup noodles were available for purchase on board, and I was eating cup noodles despite the strong waves, but I was perfectly fine and didn't get seasick at all. There's a complimentary snack and water service. The restrooms were clean and didn't smell.
it was an easy process. just showed booking QR code as bordered the ferry- everyone assigned seats. the trip was uneventful and only ran over 20mins. they offered water and snack and you could buy drinks on board as well. over all very smooth.
The ship was on time, smooth, no seasickness, and the pick up point was convenient.
Enjoyable trip , the ferry left on time and arrived promptly, the views along the trip of the river traffic were very interesting.
I booked the 2pm ferry on Friday, but received an email the day before at 10pm saying that the reservation was canceled. I changed it to the 3pm ferry on site, but I couldn't find any reason for the cancellation at the ticket office or via email. (I guess they canceled the ferry because there weren't enough people.) However, I was generally satisfied with the on-site staff and other aspects.
It's a punctual, convenient, and comfortable way to travel, and you can also enjoy the scenery and sea breeze from outside the boat.

On the return trip, we'll take a ferry, experiencing a different mode of travel than the land route we took on the way here.
HCMC to Vung Tau only 2.30 hour, not expensive.
Everyone in the group was worried about seasickness, but no one got seasick and we enjoyed the ride. However, it was very hot before and after departure, the smell of exhaust fumes when going in and out, and the rude behavior of some passengers were disappointing.
