Highly recommend for transfer services from Ho Chi Minh or to Ho Chi Minh from places like Vung Tua. I booked transfer service from HCM to Vung Tua. The departure was on time at 7:30 (the slot that I chose) and by 10am arrived at Ibis Style at Vung Tua. along the way the stop for restroom 10 minutes and the dropped other passengers. The Limo is so comfortable. I slept well. The staff and the Limo caption was friendly and approachable.

My partner and I took the limousine bus from Hochiminh to Vung Tao using Ben Thanh Travel and they were friendly. They will text you via messaging apps (I chose WhatsApp). They didn’t text me until the day when we had to go to Vung Tao but they were very clear and direct with their instructions. The ride was smooth, the seats were comfortable and spacious. They also have 1 stop in between for toilet breaks and to buy some drinks and snacks. I also changed my scheduled time for pickup (from Vung Tao to Hochiminh) so I could explore more in Vung Tao, and they were very accommodating to the changes I made. Overall, we had a pleasant experience and we will definitely choose them again.

I had high hopes for the massage chair, but it wasn't the kind of massage chair Koreans typically imagine; it only provided a subtle vibration. We stopped once at a rest area, and I was dropped off directly at my reserved hotel.

I booked 2 seats : car is clean , it was very comfortable , you have WiFi, massage seat + bottle of water :) they were a bit late for the pick up but it’s ok , the air conditionning doesn’t work properly + we were sitting at the back of the limousine so we couldn’t readjust our seat like others . the limousine is very new and clean. the seats are comfortable. the driver is very punctual and polite. however, the leg space is a bit small for adults. many of the tablets cannot connect to internet.
