Nice to experience a different route than bus with this ferry. It is easy to use. Can skip and line to purchase on site and guess what? It is cheaper than purchase on site!
We had an easy transfer from HK to Macau. Though at first the water is wavy but the rest of the time it was smooth sailing. Was able to use the ticket on same day.The shop person where you’ll get the ticket is very nice.
Booking with klook is so convenient getting physical ticket is way too fast.no need to go through long que.

Finding the office to redeem the actual tickets posed a bit of challenge for us but nonetheless still a good experience. The person changing the ticket was so nice and even the one who approached us to ask if we are trying to redeem and we did. Posted a photo of the glass door office its in the same 3rd floor but the prints and text of the office number is a bit tiny and in a corner so you’ll kind of miss it
Now you have to use Chuanfei QR code to pick up tickets at Star Travel Agency in Shop No. 3015. Due to the renovation of Shun Tak Center, Star Travel Agency has moved to the food street, so it will take a while to pick up tickets.
Buying tickets online to collect physical tickets on site is hundreds of times faster than buying tickets on site. ! ! The only drawback was that after arriving at Taipa Pier there was no clear indicator telling us how to get to the free casino bus, we made a big detour and took the paid Macau bus to New City! ! Wasted our time about 5 hours without visiting Macau at all!
Even though it’s a jet boat, you won’t get seasick while sitting on it! Even if there are some waves, it won’t move too much! The boat is moving very fast! We arrived in Macau in a blink of an eye😊
