Very convenient and affordable way to travel between Hong Kong and Macau 🚍✨ The bus was comfortable, clean, and the journey across the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge was a nice experience itself. Staff were helpful, and the redemption/check-in process was smoother than expected. A great alternative to the ferry, especially for travelers who prefer a direct and hassle-free trip. Would recommend for both tourists and first-time visitors!
The station is very close to the Diamond Hill MTR station exit, making it very convenient overall. The bus departs on time, so punctuality is essential. After crossing the border, the driver will only wait for about 20 minutes, so being on time is crucial.
Best decision I made making our trip hassle-free, especially since we had luggage with us as our point if exit is Macau back to Ph. We boarded at Metroplaza (don't be confused as there are 2 queues there; go to the one near the street side.) If you have luggage, you will have to bring it with you when you reach the immigration for both HK and Macau side. The bus driver was responsive to our queries. Overall experience, it's worth it.
Easy and convenient way to reach Macau. Whole journey took 2.5h from Metroplaza to our hotel in Macau. The bus stop can be accessed from the shuttle bus door beside Sushiro on the first floor of Metroplaza. It was a fun experience to travel across the undersea bridge to Macau. Clearing customs on a weekday was super fast with no queue. Will recommend for those who get easily sea sick and can’t take the ferry.

During my recent trip from Macau to Hong Kong, I opted for the direct bus service via the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge (HZMB), and it was a smooth and efficient experience. The immigration process at both the Macau and Hong Kong ports was straightforward, with clear signage and helpful staff. I appreciated the convenience of not having to transfer between different modes of transportation, making the trip hassle-free. Overall, the direct bus service provided a reliable and comfortable option for traveling between the two cities.
Depart on time. We chose the Kwai Fong bus stop, staff is friendly. Smooth travel. Provide english instructions more frequently especially when going to the immigration/boarder for custom checking. Properly assist passengers in detail where the bus will be parking after the process.
I chose the bus going to Macau for the 55km bridge experience. I went to the Metroplaza terminal for the pick up. I got lost and eventually was late. Had to pay additional 80 when it was only 60. Pick up at Metroplaza is at the front. Staff was so professional, they reached out to me about the refund and the process was easy. Highly recommended for female solo travellers.
absolutely very good service E&E, very helpful staff to assist us . very easy location to care the bus terminal, it is just at the shopping Mall APM lower ground floor. basically just come early to the APM mall to have your meal and walk 5-10 minutes to the bus terminal located at the same APM shopping mall lower ground. highly recommmend for any traveller.
