the worst experince! never book this company. my flight was delayed asked me to pay 250hkd per 30mins wait time. before my flight I advised them that my flight will be delayed and they don’t care at all. I end up paying extra 1000hkd on top of 4500hkd for this service. I mentioned I was travelling with my dad in wheelchair. there’s no consideration or offered any discount what so ever. I always book airport pick up or transfer in klook this is the worst ever! book a different service. my return was smooth and allowed me to change pick up time. also, at the border of Macau we had to switch vans. unlike my return the van dropped us from Macau to Hong Kong. this company booked 2 different vans. So invimvenient and dint state that it will be 2 vans. it’s scary because it wasn’t staged in my booking and the drivers couldn’t speak English too. so we just followed and prayed everything will be ok. NEVER AGAIN!
