I signed up to avoid queuing at immigration. I received a booking confirmation via WhatsApp in advance, and I felt reassured that I could communicate about the situation on the day. They also sent me a photo of the meeting location, so I found them right away. I took a photo of my boarding pass for confirmation purposes. I was directed to the crew window as a priority lane, and I only had to wait for one group. During the screening, they waited and watched beside me to make sure there were no problems. The procedure was completed with just my passport and no questions asked. The general window had a long line, so I probably would have had to wait about an hour. I think it's worth paying this price to enter the country without stress. Since I didn't check any luggage, I was able to get outside the airport in about 5 minutes. I plan to apply again next time.

Greatest example of time is money. About 48 hours prior to my arrival, I was contacted and confirmed my arrival details. I landed with my two sisters at 9:45 p.m. and the first guy was waiting for us at the bottom of the escalator with a Klook sign, hard to miss him. He Whatsapp messaged me a few minutes before and we had a brief video call so he recognized me as I was coming down. He escorted us to a separate immigration line and our immigration process was about 5 minutes instead of what I assume would be 1-2 hours in the normal line. That alone was the biggest bang for my buck. The organizer of this process (same guy who messaged me 2 days prior) sent me a picture of my driver so it was easy to find him. The driver was a super polite guy and got us to our hotel. He didn't speak much English but Google translate made us understand each other pretty well. If/when I come back to Vietnam, I'm definitely using this again.

We were led by a Klook staff to the immigration counter for clearance...the whole process only took us 15 mins for a group of 6. Whole process was seamless and smooth.

My flight was 5J5758 which arrived at 7:00AM Vietnam time. There wasn't much crowd so the immigration and everything else went smoothly. Honestly, arriving to DAD at that early hour and booking this was really unnecessary although, I was still given priority by the immigration. I was just worried that the immigration line would be too long that it will delay my planned itinerary. This is a good service y'all may want to avail especially if you'll arrive midday which I assume would be the busiest time for the airport.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Traveling with a toddler and a broken finger from the previous airport, I needed some help and not a line to wait in...well let me tell you, you don't want..they have a sign with your name right when you walk in and whisk you to the short line while everyone else waits hours. it was a lifesaver. pictured is me and my toddler waiting for our bags alone bc everyone else was in line ;)

The pick up was on time. the fast track service is really a plus point. didnt regret spending on this service looking at the queue at the immigration.

I've been to Da Nang many times, but this was my first time using this service. The day before my trip, I received an email from the representative, and from the QR code in the email, I was able to register on LINE and communicate via messages. I had also requested a taxi from the airport to my accommodation, so I promised to send photos of my luggage on the day of travel. I sent the photos from Narita Airport, and the representative confirmed the car size and made the arrangements. We communicated smoothly in English via LINE. I used Google Translate, and it worked without any issues. On the day of arrival, the representative was waiting for me with a sign at the bottom of the escalator, before immigration, and guided me clearly. It was incredibly fast, with no waiting time at all. We did have to wait a bit for the luggage to come out, but I was able to meet the taxi driver smoothly and arrived at my accommodation feeling relieved. It was completely stress-free. Knowing how difficult it can be to manage on my own, I thought that if it costs around 3,000 yen to avoid that stress, I would definitely use this service again. It's especially essential during the New Year holidays.
