What to expect
The Songkran celebration in Thailand is one of the world’s most exciting festivals. Happening every 13th day of April, the event attracts thousands of visitors from across the globe. Roads in Bangkok, the country’s capital, are closed for traffic and posts are equipped with water guns and buckets full of water. The party runs day and night across the city so it’s an event that you shouldn’t miss in Thailand. Famous for the act of pouring water at each other, Songkran signifies the washing away of sins from the previous year. It is a strong and powerful gesture that the Thai people consider sacred. So hop on a tuk-tuk and get ready for a wet and wild water battle along Silom Road! Explore the Wang Lang Market and try many popular local snacks and dishes such as the mango sticky rice and green papaya salad to get the boost you need for another round of water battles in the city! Admittedly, there is no Thai experience more enjoyable and spiritual than this one.

Reviews
As a solo traveller, this was a great way to experience Songkran for the first time, and see a couple other things that were included - a temple and a market for food. There were a couple friend groups and a small family in the tour group too, so this option is suitable for all. It was well organized and then host Chopin (sp?) was great. The supply you with a large water gun, not like the tiny ones in the promotional picture.
It's an activity worth experiencing. The tour guide's introduction is great. The flight schedule is just right. You can feel the festive atmosphere as soon as you get off the bus on Khao San Road. It's an itinerary worth placing an order for.
Great experience, tour guides were friendly and gave clear information during the whole journey.
It is very interesting and fun to experience the customs and culture of the Songkran Festival in Thailand. It is very intensive to take tuk-tuks, ferries, and cars.
It has no special features. It is better to go to Khao San Road by yourself. The return trip did not arrive at the MRT station originally stated. The driver dropped the passengers at a certain MRT station on the way.
The atmosphere of the Songkran Festival is very good, and the attitude of the tour guide is very good, but the itinerary is relatively loose, and the waiting time is too much, which is a bit of a waste of time
