My husband and I had the best experience. Our guide, Masa-San and the van driver (young lady and we regretfully didnt catch her name) were the KINDEST. The weather at Mt Fuji was clear, sunny, and beautiful. For this reason, they were kind enough to mk mini stop along the way to show us the ‘ocean of clouds’. breathtaking. Once at 5th station, the wind kicked up, but we were given enough time to walk the path, view the temple area, and shop in the stores. Enjoyed the melon bread too! After the weather continued to worsen; foggy and high winds resulting in boat and sky rope to be closed. Instead of shortening our trip, they found two additional stops for us, Venetian Glass museum and Sengokuhara Pampas grass field, both in Hakone. Even w/over cast, it was beautiful! They gave us snacks and we had great conversations. We ended our tour walking up steep hill (our choice) to Owakudani to see the black eggs, but the weather was still very foggy and extremely windy, so we could only shop and be on our way. Cannot control Mother Nature, but we can control our view and perspective. We chose happiness and gratefulness. It truly was the best day! We had one other lady, Andrea from UK on the tour w/us and she was so kind! We enjoyed her company. Overall, amazing and highly recommend this company for your next tour!

the tour is weather dependent. we couldnt get on the ropecable car which is one of the highlights. recommended if you want a fuss free tour of mount fuji.

The tour guide is very nice, and the detailed introduction is very good and cool that day. You can see the beautiful Mount Fuji without worrying about the traffic. The traffic is excellent! I will participate next time!

The weather is perfect and the lake is beautiful. Bird's-eye view from the cable car And the amazing view from the Mount Fuji observation deck, it was great.

The trip was amazing! Got to see a lot on the way! The tour guide was very patient with us. The lunch meal was amazing and well worth the money. You get tons of food! Would definitely do it again!

Our guide was very good and provided lots of interesting information along the way. Unfortunately the rain and heavy clouds in the morning spoiled the view from Hakone and the ropeway service was suspended. However we still enjoyed the trip and had a wonderful time at the 5th station when the clouds cleared in the afternoon.

Please recognise Mayumi-San and the driver Kanda-San. Mayumi explained the background, offer to take photographs, fast and flexible to rearrange the itinerary when there if unexpected circumstances. Kanda-San drive safely and respectful for the group, very courteous too
