I had a lunch set that day. I was the only customer that day. The space was very bright. I sat in the middle of Itamae, but there was no chef in front of me and there was no music at all. The people who came to serve were very polite, but no one spoke English. It was so good that it was a bit difficult to communicate. After I took my seat, I asked if there was any drink. The waiter asked me if I wanted Japanese sake or beer. I chose Japanese sake. After the waiter kindly agreed, he directly brought me a bottle without any prior notice. Introduce or confirm the flavor brand of the wine with me... etc. The food is delicious, and there are also very exquisite presentation and seasoning ideas. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is a little awkward.
The taste is clear and sweet, and the clerk explained the dishes in English very attentively. If you need to make up the price difference when ordering a drink, it is best to ask the price before ordering.
The vegetarian kaiseki we got for lunch was spectacular. Everything was beautifully prepared and very tasty. we had a difficult time finding the place as we didn’t read Kanji.
sure is solid michelin start. very good experience. food was good from starter to main course. dessert was nice but can improve.
Since we are foreigners, we can't understand their careful arrangement and design of food, and the store doesn't explain it very well, which is a pity. utensils are very beautiful
