Taitung: Green Island Blue Cave Secret Adventure

Our group of 6 almost died at Green Lake. Location: Green Lake (they said the waves were too strong and changed to the second option) Experience: Extremely bad. We didn't even get to jump into the water before one person was swept away by a wave, fell into a sea cave, and dislocated their shoulder. The rest of us suffered extensive bruising. We almost died there. Safety: Life jackets and life buoys were provided, but other safety measures like judging wind and waves were non-existent. They'll still take you out even if the waves are big, and then try to rescue you with a life buoy after you've been swept away. Instructor: Their ability to judge wind and waves needs improvement. Basically, there's no standard operating procedure (SOP) for determining when the waves are too strong. As a result, we were swept away by a large wave. We were just lucky we didn't die there. We definitely won't be going back. The whole trip was ruined, and we're all injured. The whole island knows we had an accident, and they haven't shown any concern at all. I'd give it a negative rating if it wasn't for the one-star minimum.

I was really looking forward to it and arrived at the store on time for the meeting. A woman who collects laundry came into the store, asked what we were there for, and then took out her phone and showed us a LINE group message saying "ALL canceled." She told us that the activity was canceled and that they were probably too busy to notify us in advance, so we had to leave disappointed. I immediately sent a message to KLOOK customer service. After waiting for many days, we received a response from the store saying that the activity was held as scheduled and they would not issue a refund. In the end, KLOOK refunded the full amount, but we will be blacklisting this store.

We arrived at the store on time for the meeting, but were informed inside that the activity was canceled, supposedly due to being busy and not having notified us in advance. They apologized and suggested we could go to Youzi Lake for swimming on our own. We returned to our accommodation and immediately reported this to KLOOK. After several days, KLOOK replied that the store claimed the activity was held as scheduled that day and refused a refund, asking us to provide proof. Eventually, KLOOK refunded the full amount, but we have blacklisted this store.
