Activity Description
The 32th “ART TAIPEI Taipei International Art Fair” will be held at Taipei World Trade Center Hall 1 from October 24th to October 27th. ART TAIPEI brings together selected gallery brands at home and abroad, selects outstanding artists and outstanding works, and brings visual art feasts to collectors and the public at home and abroad. The upsurge of art appreciation and purchase is driven by the Taipei International Art Fair. Every year, it interprets the contemporary market from a new perspective, accelerates the exchange between Taiwan and the international art market, and connects the future trends of local culture and Asian art. An annual landmark Asian art event for the market and academia.

｜MIT Taiwan Young Artists Cinnection with the world｜
Since its inception, the MIT Taiwan Young Artists Cinnection with the world has entered its 18th edition. Each year, eight emerging artists selected by the Ministry of Culture are paired with commercial galleries by the Taiwan Art Gallery Association. The program offers a first step into the professional art world, connecting young creators with collectors and the market, and highlighting the diverse energy of contemporary art made in Taiwan (MIT).
｜Indigenous Art Exhibition Area｜
ART TAIPEI partners with the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Development Center to spotlight the diversity and contemporary voices of Taiwan’s Indigenous artists. Through exhibitions, talks, and activities, the program fosters cultural exchange and promotes diversity and inclusion on the global art stage.
｜FOCUS | Film Sector ｜
In response to Taiwan’s identity as a global hub of technology, ART TAIPEI 2025 will feature a dedicated video art section, focusing on digital moving image practices. The program explores how technology serves as an artistic medium, highlighting artists’ cultural reflections and interventions within contemporary social contexts.
｜AT Space Project｜
This sector features large-scale sculptures or immersive installation art, emphasizing multiple viewing perspectives and interactive experiences to create an engaging artistic environment for the audience.
｜Art Talks｜
Art Talks feature leading curators, museum directors, and art professionals discussing key topics in contemporary art. In 2024, speakers included Alia Swastika (Sharjah Biennial 16), and the directors of TFAM and NTMoFA. In 2025, the program will expand further, strengthening dialogue and connections with the international art community and providing deeper insight into global art trends and dynamics.

We are honored to invite Nai-Ming CHENG as the keynote speaker for the talk “Art and Payment: Everyday Life, Spirit, and Companionship.” Sessions1:October 24 (Fri) 15:00–15:50/Sessions2:October 25 (Sat) 16:00–16:50 Through a relaxed dialogue, the talk will explore the distance between art and our everyday lives—from daily aesthetics, to how art can become spiritual support, extending to the role of “art care” and companionship, and finally returning to the gateways of galleries, museums, and art fairs. Together, we invite the audience to discover how art responds to people and leaves its traces in daily life. The talk will take place at ART TAIPEI (admission ticket + talk ticket required). Open to all visitors, with a maximum of 40 participants per session. Tickets are exclusively available on KLOOK until October 19, while supplies last. ※This session will be conducted in Mandarin Chinese.

- This ticket is valid for one single entry. Invalid once torn.
- Unused tickets are refundable before 17:00 on October 27
- Children aged below 6 can enter for free and must be accompanied by their parents.
- Children aged 6-12 should enter with tickets and must be accompanied by their parents.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed. Please do not touch any artwork.
- Please keep your voice down.
- Flash photography and infrared devices are strictly prohibited.
- Media and staff will be conducting photography and videography within the exhibition venue. By attending the fair, visitors consent to the use of their likeness by the organizer for non-commercial purposes.
- To avoid disrupting other visitors, please refrain from displaying banners or organizing large group photos inside the venue.
- By using the tickets, you accept the safety and security rules.
- Umbrellas with long handles, selfie sticks, and bags over 45 cm must be storaged at the lockers located at Xinyi Road Entrance 2F, World Trade Center Entrance 7, or B1
- All baggage is required to undergo a security inspection upon entry and exit to check for the presence of any artwork. Please make sure to adhere to the relevant regulations and instructions to ensure the smooth progress of the event.
- ART TAIPEI is approved to be exempted from paying the business tax and also from issuing uniform invoices.

It is very convenient to enter by swiping the QR code in the progress area after you have deposited your items. The exhibition is very large and I spent more than two hours walking around to see it all. The exhibits are very rich and I was there last year. There are new artists and artists who have participated in the exhibition before. It was amazing to see Japanese artists painting live on Sunday. Many of the artists were actually present. I also heard the artists chatting with the public or the curators and event staff introducing them to the public. It was very good. I will participate again if I have the opportunity.
I find it very interesting! It was my first time to attend, and I was a little hesitant to go. I unexpectedly saw the works of Yayoi Kusama and Osamu Tezuka, and I thought it was worth the price of admission! I think the works of many emerging artists are great, and I will want to buy some for my home when I buy a house in the future. Watching it up close is really different from the photos, very detailed, and you can feel the power and emotion of art✨
First time bringing my child to an art fair, saw a lot of artists' creations, which increased my own depth and breadth in the field of art. At the 2023 Taipei International Art Fair, you will have to walk for at least 2 hours. My feet are still a little sore after walking. Remember to take a map or you will get lost. You can see some works that you usually see in the exhibition rooms as well as many new domestic and foreign works. A special art creation. If you are sure to come next time, you can buy an early bird ticket for 450 yuan.
