What to expect
Good to know
- Check-in Time: After 15:00 (3:00 PM). Please call or message in advance to inform us of your arrival time.
- Check-out Time: Before 11:00. Please inform us of your expected check-out time in advance. Confirmation is subject to the park's response. A golf cart will be arranged for pick-up.
- Reception service hours are 09:00-18:00 (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM). Staff will be cleaning from 11:00-18:00 (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM), we apologize for any inconvenience.
- We do not proactively provide towel or sheet changes, or cleaning services. If needed, please inform our staff one day in advance.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please keep noise levels down and avoid loud talking to avoid disturbing other guests.
- Breakfast is served from 08:30-10:00 (8:30 AM - 10:00 AM). It will be delivered to your campervan by our staff at the specified time.
- For check-in issues, please contact the merchant using the supplier information on your activity voucher. Please include your vehicle number in the message (supplier service hours until 22:00/10:00 PM).
