easy to understand use of voucher. train & tram were clean. fast and convenient into Gold Coast. special attention given when announcement of arrival i.e the drop off locations and places of interest. very good for visitors
It’s very convenient. Just scan the QR code to the ticket clerk and get on the train directly. Since I was going to the Southport Light Rail Station on the Gold Coast, I transferred to the Light Rail at Helensvale Railway Station and could reach my destination directly. The only thing to note is that when entering or exiting the light rail, you have to press the door to open it.
It's easy to redeem. After getting the paper ticket, you can get on the train directly. When transferring to Glink, you can use the manual passage or get on the tram directly. There is no luggage area on the bus, so it is recommended not to bring too big or too many suitcases.
It was easy to follow the instructions on Klook for using the Airtrain and the MRT to get to the Gold Coast from Brisbane International Airport. Unfortunately, at that time, there was a problem with the train, so I took a bus to Rome Street, then took the train to Helensvale on the Gold Coast. Apart from that, the travel was okay. I recommend this kind of transportation for those who are not in a hurry.
Although this is cheaper and flexible, it's inconvenient to push heavy luggages for transferring by train and tram. When visiting, there was track closure and I had to take additional bus in-between closed stations. It took me almost 3 hours to reach my hotel in Surfers Paradise. Try this if you are not in a rush. Value for money.
It's easy to get from the airport to Surfers Paradise. Take the train to the last stop, then transfer to the tram. The tram is very cheap, only $0.5 AUD per ride. You need to press the button to open the doors when getting on and off.
Thanks to klook, I was able to purchase tickets cheaper than the official website. Thank you. The Airtrain is like the Narita Express or Keisei Skyliner in Japan. It's convenient for traveling from the airport to Gold Coast city. My host family also said that the train is more comfortable because it takes a long time to get there by car due to traffic jams depending on the time of day. When taking the Airtrain, download the app My Translink and search for how to get from the airport to your destination!
very easy and simple to redeemed. smooth sailing on the train all the way to gold coast from Brisbane airport! will definitely use it again in the future.
"Efficient and convenient, AirTrain connects Airport to the city, offering a hassle-free experience with frequent departures and affordable fares, making it a popular choice for travelers."
I always use Klook because it is cheaper than buying from the official website. When you make a reservation here, you will receive a voucher by email from Klook. Then, the day before, you will receive an e-ticket from the official Airtrain email. Just show this ticket to the attendant at the ticket gate and they will let you through. You can also use points and it is cheaper, so it is definitely better to buy through Klook.
