flight delayed and informed that chat staff about it, without knowing the new flight time. Upon arrival, I’ve gotten to know they rescheduled the pick up for me, kudos for the convenience.However, the time given to clear custom was shorter - 1 hour (compared to initial pick up, i was given 2hrs 30mins) but luckily there wasn’t a lot of ppl, so I managed to be done about the same as pick up. Hassle free ride; the driver Matt was friendly and nice. Pleasant ride and the van is clean.
The transfers were punctual and the trip was really smooth. The driver was friendly and helped to carry our luggage up the van. 10/10 would recommend.
I had very good memories. Iki was a little late to pick me up, but I was properly registered and he took me to the hotel! A very kind person took care of my luggage, which made my trip so much easier!
Was not much cheaper than booking from their website for my case probably a buck or two cheaper. No confirmation of pick up time was sent from Klook, so I had to call the Con-X-Ion myself to check and reconfirm my pick up time. Driver was prompt and friendly though.
Booked 3 days before departure and only received feedback last 12 hrs before departure. Need to get in touch to klook for follow up. Klook responded quickly and able to address immediately. This is more pricey compared to skybus. Also, driver was helpful to carry our luggages.
Excellent service by our driver . He message us a day before our arrival and gave us clear instructions as to where to meet us at the airport.
They arrived on time. There were about 5 groups of people riding together, and the further away you are, the later your turn will be. When I got in from the airport, there were other drivers, which was confusing, but they were wearing red caps, so it was easy to find them. Just be sure to call out to them yourself!
Easy transfer at Coolangatta to GC. pickup bags the walk to the transit meeting end. Driver called me, hassle free. recommended.
easy transfer I would recommend and book again. Driver was friendly and knowledgeable and pointes out good visit tips whilst dropping people off.
