Reviews
My favorite part of the trip was the Secret Lagoon — it was truly relaxing, and even at zero degrees, it didn’t feel cold. Remember to bring your own towel; renting one costs 1,100 kr (about £7 each). The Golden Circle tour was quite easygoing, with picturesque scenery.
We had a fantastic tour with M-dawg & Eugenius on the GCSL tour. M-dawg, you sir are probably the most entertaining, knowledgeable & friendly guide I’ve ever had on tour. Wish you did more of the Bus Travel Iceland tours besides this one.
Jennifer is very experienced tour guide. She could tell good joke at the same time. The Secret lagoon was comfortable and kill your tiredness. The geysir is stunning.
I got on the bus at bus stop No. 12. There were several bus travel buses that day, with different groups. I had to wait for the tour guide to call my name before I could get on the bus. It took about 30 minutes of chaos before I finally got on the bus. After driving for a while, the bus will stop at a place to allow passengers on different tour buses to exchange seats before the tour officially begins. The weather was not very good that day, so the photos were not very good. The secret hot spring is great. You will stay for about two hours in the bath and shower. Remember to bring your own swimsuit and towel, but you can rent them if you don’t have them. The other attractions were nice. The tour guide was very funny and humorous, a good experience.
We are participating in the 20241117 Golden Circle and Secret Lagoon trip, bus number 612. The tour guide of this group is polite and has very detailed explanations. He also reminded and explained the gathering time repeatedly so that everyone’s trip can be completed smoothly and successfully. This is what I encountered The best tour guide! (But I'm sorry I forgot the name, please forgive me!) Mr. Driver is also very stable and safe in driving. It's really great! The weather is super nice today. No matter where the Golden Circle attractions are, they are all so beautiful!
Amazing trip! Comfort coach with talkative and lovely guide! The trip is comparatively less tough than other Icelandic tour. Suitable for family travellers. All spots have toilets.
Our Tour Guide Ailian is super energetic and kind, and he gave us a lot of fun facts and stories about Iceland! The duration of the activities are also perfect! We got enough time yo enjoy every site without getting bored. But the arrangements of the pick up are a bit weird as they gave us a time period that the bus would come so that’s a bit weird for us cause we don’t know the exact time that the bus would arrive at our stop. But other than that 10/10!!
I love the secret lagoon. It’s just so comfy and not the norm especially during winter. The crate was nice too with a different feel from a recent one I visit. The gulfoss waterfall is magnificent! Thor can make some jokes at times. The stop at the bakery for breakfast was abit redundant I felt but I guess it was probably for a better light to see the Kerid Crater otherwise it’s still too dark. The final itinerary to the National park was so abit boring we tried to walk down but didn’t see anything much.
Sloane(not sure if her name is correctly spelled) is very knowledgeable and very engaging. Definitely recommended!
The tour guide was very insightful and the tour brought us to so many amazing places. Will definitely go again!!
Good to know
