- For same-day booking, please book at least 2 hour(s) before your selected pick up time to ensure your booking is confirmed
- Before booking, please ensure your mobile device is compatible with the local network service provider. No refunds or cancellations can be made due to SIM compatibility issues
- The SIM card is valid for your selected duration after activation on a 24 hour basis. If you purchased a 3-day SIM card and activated it on 1 Oct at 21:00, it will be valid until 4 Oct 21:00
Usage reminder
- Please check your phone settings and network settings if you cannot connect to the network after inserting your SIM card, if the network speed is too slow, or there are other connection problems. If you are still encountering issues with your SIM, please contact Klook customer service
- You can start to use it on the moment you pick it up or at any time you want within the valid date.
- When using a prepaid SIM card, you must unlock your phone's Country Lock. Before using the SIM card, contact your local carrier to unlock it.
- Outgoing calls and messages are impossible at any products. Messenger talk through internet is possible.
- You can purchase up to 4 pieces per passport number.
- It can not be used for self-authorization. Therefore, it can not be used for online services that require self identification.
- The SIM card does not need to be returned.
- It can not be used with the tablet which has no voice function.

It was very convenient to use sim card data. You just have to collect from the booth and insert and no need to do anything. I was able to share it with my husband without any issues and the connection was good except for some locations like in the Saryeoni forest where signal was poor. It was nice having internet connection for the rest of our travel as I can have updates anytime.

Sim card we collected from incheon Airport seoul. Was easy enough to install and there are staff at the desk to help you.
