- Visits to this museum are not open for free exploration; all visits inside the museum require a guided explanation, and the complete guided tour takes approximately 2 hours.

- 12:00-13:00 is the lunch break for the museum area. The process hall is not open on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and after 17:00 on weekdays.

In addition to guided tours, there is also DIY. The whole process takes about two hours. The finished DIY products are very cute☺️, and the staff are very serious and are there to teach. The most worthwhile thing is that the arch of the foot was measured, and the whole family learned more about what to pay attention to when choosing shoes.

The tour guide staff were very enthusiastic and professional. Even though there were not many of us, they were very patient in explaining the process and history of shoemaking. We could feel the service staff’s investment in work and the cultural management of the brand. Finally, they also let us understand ourselves. What kind of foot type does it belong to? I booked it based on the Klook itinerary. It is a very recommended place!

Reservation is required in advance. There is a dedicated on-site briefing and there is an exhibition space upstairs. It is not possible to visit because the production line is closed during holidays, but the briefing is detailed and educational. The NT$100 ticket can be used to redeem store products, and you can also measure foot pressure and provide professional explanations. It is not only a shoe factory, but also a rare manufacturer of healthy arch (full) insoles in Taiwan, specially customized.
