Yasa was an excellent driver and guide throughout our Bali trip. He was punctual, friendly, patient, and very easy to spend the day with. More than just taking us from one place to another, he took the time to explain the history, culture, and Hindu traditions behind the places we visited, which made the experience much more meaningful. We especially appreciated how knowledgeable he was and how willingly he answered all our random questions. His explanations about Balinese temples, family shrines, rituals, and even the symbolism we encountered along the way gave us a much better understanding of the culture. He also drove very safely, which we definitely appreciated given some of Bali’s roads! We never felt rushed, and he was happy to accommodate our stops and pace throughout the day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had an amazing private Ubud tour with *WIDI*, and it was one of the highlights of our Bali honeymoon WIDI was kind, professional, and incredibly helpful all day. He patiently waited while we stopped at an ATM, took us to a delicious local restaurant, beautiful temples, a stunning waterfall, and even helped us take great photos with the monkeys The Bali Swing was another unforgettable experience. It was a really great trip. The guide was very friendly, providing recommendations and sharing historical information. My husband loves to chat, and the guide conversed with him the whole way, even helping us take photos. This was our first time using a guided tour service through Klook; normally, we only buy tickets or eSIMs. But after trying the guided tour service, we feel this app is excellent, much better than finding transportation and a guide ourselves.

Our driver is very kind, accomodating, and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the rich culture of Bali. I highly recommend going with this type of booking as it offers a lot of flexibility. We also went to a nice local and delicious restaurant recommended by our driver and the prices are cheap and the food is delicious.

This tour exceeded our expectations. It filled an entire day with many different, yet equally engaging, experiences. First and foremost, thanks to our driver, Koko, who was helpful, patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. At times (at the Temple, for example), he explained what we were seeing, the reasons behind certain rituals, and many other details. Thanks also to the person at the coffee plantation who explained the production process of local coffees before delighting us with numerous coffee and tea tastings. In short, everything was perfect and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our family had an absolutely fantastic experience with Gede as our tour guide. He was punctual and waiting for us right at the pickup point. From start to finish, he was always smiling and made us feel completely at ease. The car was spotless and comfortable, and his driving was both professional and very safe. My son absolutely loved him; they connected like big brother and little brother, chatting the whole time. Gede was also open and flexible when we wanted to adjust the itinerary, which made the trip much more relaxed. He went above and beyond to make our trip extra special—giving us great tips on where to buy souvenirs, recommending delicious local food, and suggesting other activities to enjoy while in Bali.
