Shenzhen Shekou - Macau Ferry Ticket

Very easy to redeem and convenient to use. Need to go to the counter at the 2F to get the actual tickets. Although the trip was not smooth sailing due to the weather, the ferry was very comfortable and clean. Would recommend to book this if you want to have a fastest way to go to Mainland from Macau.

If you scan the QR at the automatic ticket machine on the 2nd floor of the Shekou Ferry Terminal, it will be printed right away. However, it was a pity that the time could not be changed. I tried to change the Macau-Shenzhen time, but the Shekou ticket office said it could be changed, but the ticket office said it could not be changed. When I went to Macau, they said that in Macau, it could only be changed at Shenzhen. I have no idea what was going on. Did they say it was not possible because it was a discount ticket?

Fuss-free process and nice experience. Head upstairs to collect ferry tickets from the ticket booth before heading into immigration/entrance. Many ushers will lead the way in for you.

super convenient to purchase & enter the ferry to macau!! do note that u will still need to exchange this into a physical ticket to get into the gantry so do add in some time for that! generally not much queue, arriving ~30min before shd be good enough ;)

nice experience from Macau to Shenzhen. too bad timing can’t be change as we arrived at the port earlier. but price bought online was cheaper than buying on the spot. changing to physical ticket is required, then scan the QR code 30min prior to boat ride

I would use this app for booking ticket again. It is convenient and fast confirmation. But you have to collect the physical ticket at the counter.

This platform is very convenient but you must queue at the ticket counter for ticket collection. no queue at all.

Before traveling to Macau, we strongly recommend that you book your ferry tickets in advance through KLOOK. It's cheap and very convenient. I booked the ferry ticket in advance for this trip and had a very comfortable trip.

very good ferry, so clean... even the toilet is super clean. the boarding time ia also on time. very recommended

From Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shekou, proceed to the second floor to collect your ticket. Wait for the entrance to open, then go through immigration, and finally wait at the gate to board the ferry.
