Driver come on time to door front, crossing custom a bit slow exiting Hong Kong side, stay in the car passing through. After that, traffic was smooth to the Hong Kong hotel.

Although they didn't arrive and wait earlier due to traffic congestion in front of the hotel lobby, they did arrive twenty minutes ahead of schedule and came within 5 minutes after I contacted them from the lobby. When going from China → Hong Kong, you get off at Chinese immigration, take your luggage, pass through immigration, and then get back in the vehicle. At Hong Kong immigration, you can pass through immigration while sitting in the car. Very convenient. Highly recommend using this service.

It only takes one hour to get from Shekou to Disneyland, which is very fast! It takes only 5 minutes to cross the Shenzhen Bay immigration, and there is no traffic light in Hong Kong. It is really great for 4 adults and 2 children to go to Disneyland for a day!

This is the first time we've used this type of transfer. The carrier's booking service added us on WeChat the day we booked on Klook, but we only received the driver's contact details the same day, 2 hours before departure. But in the end, everything went well; there was a follow-up. The customs clearance at Shenzhen Bay went very smoothly, without having to bring our suitcases down, and there was no queue at customs. We'll use this type of transfer again when we have a lot of suitcases and want to be at ease so as not to have a long queue at customs.

Driver is very patient with old folks and help carry my mother’s friend who is on wheel chair to the seat and our luggages. The custom was delayed as the old folks were slow in understanding the questions and scanning their fingerprints. we accepted the additional cost which driver explained due to company policy for delay of 30min in custom 200rmb..as we stuck in the custom for ard 1hour and driver has another customer waiting
