- Children aged 3 - 15 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Children aged 16 and over pay the same as adults
- Activities within the facility are for children aged 3 - 15 years
Additional information
- ★ The activities are progressed in Korean language ONLY
- Reservation are not available only for guardians or infants under 36 months
- For children's safety and pleasant experiences, children must enter with their guardians. However, you can book and enter independently from the age of 10 or older (Require to bring proof document)
- Only children can enter each experience facility, and the supervisor in charge of each experience facility helps children can enjoy the experience
- Experience facility is equipped with front glass or screen, so guardians can watch their children outside
- For safe experience, special force training center, sports flex, and extreme climbing restrict the wearing of crocs, aqua shoes, sandals, etc. (rubber shoes are restricted)
- Admission ticket redemption can available when all parties attended. (No partial/full refund on the date of visit)
- If you lose the experience bracelet, you will be pay for the loss
- Bring food is prohibited

Usage validity

- Present your mobile voucher

- At the group ticketing counter on the 1st floor
- Be punctual on your reservation date
- Call the staff at the group ticketing counter on the 1st floor
- Present your reservation voucher to the group ticket counter staff
- Receive a boarding pass/Kidzo/safety bracelet when all parties arrived. ※ Class will be written in the order of redemption, and admission will be conducted by each group
- When it is time to enter, each group will enter through the lobby announcement of staff and monitor. When you listen to the entrance announcement and see the screen of the group you in, please come the gate and enter. ※ If you lose the boarding pass, the order of entry may change, please be careful not to lose it

This was our 3rd KidZania visit and our least favourite. The 5‑hour session felt restrictive, and extending our time meant going to the info desk, paying extra, and swapping wristbands at a set time. The paid booking machine was Korean‑only, so I couldn’t book extra activities. Lotteria was always booked out because people used the paid machine to jump ahead, so the one‑job‑at‑a‑time system didn’t feel fair. The bank wasn’t operating, so the kids deposited their Kiddoz at a makeshift counter. At first I was told we couldn’t withdraw the money and with no ATM the process became clunky. Being told to return at a another time isn’t practical when you don’t live in Seoul. We eventually got the cash back, but it wasn’t straightforward. Overall, the experience was okay but not great, and we wouldn’t return.

Every work scene was meticulously arranged, and the staff were very well organized. The children thoroughly enjoyed each activity, and we will definitely come back to play again!

The kids loved it! Even though we didn't speak the same language, we had a great time. It was a weekday, so it wasn't crowded. We bought express passes which allowed us to pre-book 2 jobs. We managed to do 7 jobs in total that day. The kids wanted to keep playing!
