Lots of fun here, not many people as it’s not Korean school holiday, but the booking system is more restrictive than other Kidzania in that you can only book one job at once, so the popular ones require a long wait
great place for kids, we went there yesterday and kids had a lot of fun. they can dressed up and role played as different jobs. ease of booking on Klook: extremely easy, just show the qr code then get in.
We purchased the morning session (10am to 3pm). It was a Wednesday, which was not the peak tourist season or a holiday in Korea. I thought there would not be many people playing, but when I went there, I saw many school groups coming to play. At first I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to play many professions, but in the end my child completed 5 profession experiences and he was very happy. In Kidzania, South Korea, children have to use sensor watches to reserve projects to participate in, and they have to complete a professional experience before they can reserve the next project. Although we don’t understand Korean, there was a staff member who briefly explained how to make a reservation in English when we entered. There was no big problem when the children were playing, and we could understand through body language.
There’s really a wide change of occupations experience here, however I wouldn’t say it’s foreigner friendly. The reservation system for the occupation is easy to use but only in Korean, and the staff were speaking Korean as it’s catered for their locals. For foreigner, they can just follow what the other kids are doing, good to spend at least half a day to experience 3 or 4 occupations.
I recently booked several activities through Klook and had a wonderful experience. The website was easy to navigate, the pricing was competitive, and the confirmation and voucher process was seamless. The variety of tour and attraction options was impressive. Klook made planning my trip a breeze. Highly recommend this platform.
One of the best activities in Seoul when travelling with a kid. My daughter had so much fun. 💯would recommend!
Overall, it's pretty decent. From check-in to entry, the staff carefully demonstrated everything. The operations inside also ran smoothly overall. The only issue is the app; foreigners without local phone company memberships can't get verified and are unable to use it. My child ended up playing 4 professions, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Also, be sure to have Google Translate ready, otherwise you won't understand what's written at all!
The whole family had a blast. Went on a Wednesday at 10am so it wasn't busy at all. Voucher exchange was straightforward enough. Not all stations were open but more than enough to experience. We did some research and planned ahead, went from one experience to another without much waiting. We don't speak Korean but staff tried enough to help us out and made our child feel included. Would come back again. Only complaint is the department store didn't open until 2:30. we had to leave early so there was no way to exchange money for souvenirs. It wasn't that much kidzania money made in half a day anyway so our kid was fine leaving as he already got little goodies along the way. Highly recommend on a nonbusy day. Doing some research and planning ahead help too.
