I took my mommy with me, intending to let the elderly enjoy it, but the technicians were in a hurry to have a meal. The whole process did not feel like it was a hotel or spa. There was no service at all, so don't have expectations, but the hotel hardware is in place and there is a sauna. Neat but wouldn't recommend.
