This is the third time this month my family and I have used the facilities and received massages. The reception staff are polite and friendly. Some of the Thai masseuses are excellent, but others need further training. Overall, the experience was good, and I hope a particular Thai masseuse can receive additional training.
I came here for my wedding anniversary a few years ago, and the service and hospitality of the staff made me want to return. It certainly didn't disappoint; I was extremely satisfied with the entire environment and the techniques used. That's why I feel it's worth recommending to my friends and family to try.
We purchased a discounted package on Klook, which offered excellent value for money. The female therapist was attentive, polite, and skilled. However, the male therapist was not as good (he didn't seem very dedicated). We hope for improvement next time. Overall, it was a good experience. 🥰

Overall pretty good experience. If there were some fruits and more drinks to offer while we relax in the changing room, it would be better. Staffs are all helpful and friendly. Good technique for the therapist.

Excellent service, beautiful environment, and the masseuse's technique was superb; it was very comfortable. First, they ask you to shower, then you wait for the masseuse. The 2.5 hours were thoroughly enjoyable; after the massage, there were refreshments. $602 was an incredible value.
The price is reasonable consider it is in 5 star hotel and the staff were friendly. overall, it was a pleasant experience.
The spa features a hot tub, sauna, and steam room. The overall environment is clean and tidy, with elegant decor. The masseuses are skilled, and there's a selection of essential oil scents to choose from. Highly recommended.
