We had a fantastic experience exploring Halong Bay! Our tour guide, Ken, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very professional. The staff on board were also very friendly and welcoming. We visited Sung Sot Cave, hiked and swam at Titop Island, and enjoyed an exciting speedboat ride through Luon Cave. Everything was well organized according to the itinerary. I received message via WhatsApp with clear instructions about the pick-up point and time, and the bus arrived on time. The cruise was very clean and comfortable. Lunch was also quite good with mostly seafood and chicken dishes. All the staff were friendly, especially our tour guide Ken, he was very professional, friendly , he shared useful information about the caves. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable trip at a reasonable price. Good value for money!
I had a wonderful day exploring Ha Long Bay! The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the cruise was comfortable and well organized. Visiting Sung Sot Cave and enjoying the beautiful views of the bay were highlights of my trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the journey. I joined the tour with pick-up and drop-off at Tuan Chau International Marina, which was very convenient for me as a solo traveler. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay!

Good to know
- To be environmentally friendly, plastic bottles are not allowed on the boat, according to Ha Long Bay Management. Guests may use reusable bottles.
- Kayaking might get your clothes and phone/camera wet, so guests are advised to bring a change of clothes and a waterproof bag to protect their phone. Children must be over 10 years old and taller than 130 cm to participate in kayaking. Adults weighing more than 100 kg are not permitted to participate in kayaking.
- As Ha Long Bay is a popular tourist destination, queues may occur at attractions during public holidays and peak seasons. The itinerary may be adjusted slightly to avoid crowded areas and ensure a more enjoyable experience.
- Pick-up service is available within Hanoi Old Quarter area. Due to new traffic rules, From 1 July 2026 tourist buses are not allowed to enter some inner-city streets. We will arrange a nearby meeting point within a short walking distance from your hotel. After your booking is confirmed, we will contact you again to confirm the exact meeting point and pick-up time in detail.
