Absolute perfection! We arrived 10 minutes late due to some trouble, but the staff was so kind and welcoming without making us feel bad at all. The quality to price ratio is incredible. What stood out the most was how caring they are, they constantly checked on our comfort, adjusting the massage pressure and water temperature throughout. Plus, they have Dyson hair wraps available at the vanity area! Such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommended!

I got lost on my first trip to Korea and ended up being about 30 minutes late. However, they responded politely to my email saying I would be running late. I thought for sure my appointment would be canceled or shortened, but they welcomed me warmly and gave me the full 70 minutes of treatment. The staff had a wonderful, friendly atmosphere, and it was a truly perfect salon. The results were amazing, my fatigue was gone, and my skin was glowing 🥰 I honestly can't recommend this place enough!
