• The itinerary is for reference only. The duration of stay at each attraction, the order of attractions, and the return time to Seoul may be adjusted depending on the actual conditions on the day.
• The factory tour is available by advance reservation only and has limited capacity. If Harim Chicken Road (HCR) is fully booked on your selected date, we will contact you to discuss changing the tour date or, subject to availability, replacing it with Harim Kitchen Road (HKR). HKR is a Harim food factory tour featuring the production processes of ramen, ready-to-eat rice, dumplings, and broth, along with tasting experiences. If neither factory tour is available, or if you are unable to change the travel date, a full refund will be provided.
• The standard itinerary includes either the Iksan Prison Filming Set or Agape Garden, with one attraction selected based on the group’s preference. Visiting both attractions is not guaranteed and will only be possible if the schedule and actual conditions on the day allow. No refund or compensation will be provided if the second attraction cannot be visited.
• Food and drinks are not allowed inside the vehicle, except water. If the vehicle is soiled by vomiting, food, drinks, or bodily waste, a special cleaning fee starting from KRW 150,000 will be charged. Guests who are prone to motion sickness are advised to take motion sickness medication in advance.
• The driver will contact you between 12:00 and 18:00 on the day before departure. Please make sure to provide an accurate and reachable WhatsApp, WeChat, or KakaoTalk contact number when booking.
• The factory tour operates on a fixed reservation schedule and requires guests to arrive on time. If entry is missed due to a delayed departure or other reasons caused by the guests, the factory tour may no longer be available. No refund or compensation will be provided in such cases.
• Customer-requested cancellations made from two days before departure through the departure date are non-refundable. If the tour cannot operate due to major natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, earthquakes, or tsunamis, cancellation and a full refund will be provided.
• Guests are solely responsible for the safekeeping of their personal belongings. The operator will not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
• Travel insurance and personal accident insurance are not included in this tour. For your travel protection, guests are advised to arrange appropriate travel insurance before departure. The operator is not responsible for personal accidents or related losses that are outside the operator’s responsibility.
• If your group has more than 13 participants, please contact the operator in advance for availability and arrangement details.

Eligibility

• All infants and children must be included in the total number of participants. Due to the factory tour route, strollers, wheelchairs, and similar mobility equipment cannot be used inside the factory. Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times and follow all safety instructions.
