- Travelers holding U.S. or Canadian permanent resident IDs must present a valid passport along with their permanent resident card

- Luggage is subject to inspection when crossing international borders. Travelers must personally claim and declare all luggage at border crossing points
- Please verify your name and contact details upon booking, as errors may incur additional costs
- For multiple bookings, please provide all confirmation numbers after booking to ensure you travel on the same bus
- Tickets & Admission: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted. All admission tickets must be purchased during booking or from your guide on the day of the tour
- Children under 8 may require a booster seat by law. Coach buses usually do not need one, but winter tours using vans/minivans may. Please contact the operator in advance if needed; rental available on request (USD 10 per person per day)
- Leaving the group: Inform the guide and sign a form. No refunds for unused portions
- Parking: Not available at the meeting point. Guests must arrange own transportation
- Itinerary and vehicle may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, or other conditions. Passengers may be transferred to another vehicle if needed
Prohibitions & Limitations
- Smoking and drinking is not allowed. You will immediately be asked to leave if caught by a staff member
- Please dress accordingly depending on the day's weather conditions
- Pets are prohibited
- It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Cancellation policy
- 100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 15 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: Participation for some attractions has been suspended
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Refunds can't be issued for any participants who are late by 10 minutes or more
- The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 2 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all
