San Francisco and Alcatraz Island 1-Day Tour

Change ticket easily just provide the confirmation number and ID.

There are only four stops (Palace of Fine Arts, Golden Gate Bridge, Lands End, & Twin Peaks) for this city tour. The rest, we only passed by while on the bus. After the city tour, driver and guide dropped us off at Alcatraz Landing for the Alcatraz tour. We were already on our own. Need to take uber from Fisherman’s wharf back to Union Square.

The attraction and guide were great. We had fun experiencing the history of the place. This is worth the price and would recommend to give it a try.

I thought the city tour/Alcatraz tour were conducted separately, but there was no guide after I was dropped off at the Alcatraz boarding area after the city tour. • I asked directly on the spot what time it was to board/when to line up, etc. (& even if I asked the customer service center, they didn't know) • I was dropped off at the Alcatraz boarding point in the middle of nowhere without a guide. I asked through the app when the battery was low (due to the time difference). (Only English customer service center operates) Nothing was resolved... I heard that it is better to get only the information already written in the product description and ask for help locally. The product name says drop-off time is 17:00, but I don't have a battery and I'm anxious. , In the end, I gave up on Alcatraz Island and took an Uber to my accommodation. Sure enough, there was no call even after 17:00~ If I had given up on my batteries and waited for the guide after the island, I wouldn't have been able to go home.ㅠㅠ;; The city tour before Alcatraz was carried out on time, but my main highlight was the island tour, so it was disappointing in many ways.

The tour guide was super rude and racist. we requested for a refund since we did not continue the tour and until now, we did not receive the refund yet.
