The arrival at Pier 33 is about 12:40, and the boarding time is 13:10. A boarding voucher and a photo ID are required to go to the ticket office. Redeem a ferry ticket. I liked the palace of fine arts and all the hop off/on locations even though it is very short 15mins each stop. Driver(Sam) was polite and ride was smooth. Drop off in time for boarding to Alcatraz.
