Klook Lounge Da Nang: Beachfront Dining & Lounge Access

I had a great experience, the agent (winnie) was very kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the view was great

I had an incredible time with Klook Lounge. My hotel check out was at 12PM so I booked the luggage storage package to drop my luggage off then explored the beach area. Cong is an extremely nice and helpful staff. We had great conversation and he even helped me with my overflowing luggage. I couldn't recommend this enough.

compared to other luggage storage options in the area this was cheaper and nice and easy plus we got access to the air conditioned room to sit and plan a few more things on our travels. If you don’t have a hotel to leave your bags at I recommend this as a great option!

We really enjoyed having this klook lounge available. it's in a great location so food is available at the klook lounge or nearby and is right on the beach. We were able to check out of our hotel at noon, drop everything off at the lounge where Tam kept it safe, and explore one more day in Da Nang. once we came back we rearranged our luggage, had an amazing chat with Tâm who is just an amazing customer service representative. He gave us so many great recommendations for the limited time when we were there. If you start with klook lounge he will be able to help set up recommendations places to go to eat places to visit. I would highly recommend you stop in at the klookel lounge before your visit since they will take care of you. English language is available. Tâm speaks great English. It's air conditioned, refreshing and nice to have a good conversation with someone.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, making it easy to get anywhere. The staff speak English very well and are incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They gave us great recommendations and made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended! friend form thailand❤️

Relaxing stay while waiting for our departure, the staff is really accomodating, we leave our luggage then go out to eat. For me our luggage was safe because the staff is just there looking for it until we checked out. Thank you so much ❤️

dozed off for a few hours after a grueling flight and commute at 9am. quite surprised at how hot it is in danang compared to ph. the space is quiet and comfortable. and I had it all for myself. winnie is very attentive and nice too.

We came accross Klook when we were walking on the beach and came to know that they were offering luggage storage as a service. So me and my sibling went to order and the staff, Winnie and Tom, was very supportive and helpful towards us and helped us get our luggage stored. Overall, the service was great, the staff was very friendly and the room was very comfortable during the our short stay.

This is an excellent rest stop, perfect for bridging the time between checking out and heading to the airport. Tam's service was outstanding, making us feel very welcome. Our child was bored while waiting, so Tam spent time entertaining them. If we have a similar opportunity in the future, we will definitely choose this lounge again. Five stars, highly satisfied.
