• To provide the best possible experience, restaurant selections may be adjusted by the guide in exceptional circumstances, including changes in operating hours, temporary closures, public holidays, weather conditions, traffic conditions, crowd levels, waiting times, or guest dietary requirements.
• If any of the scheduled restaurants are unavailable, alternative restaurants may be selected from the curated list featured in the itinerary, including Phở Minh, Phở Lệ, Phở Hùng, Phở Việt Nam, Bánh Cuốn Tây Hồ 127, Bún Thịt Nướng Hoàng Văn, Bún Riêu Yến, Bún Bò Huế 14B, Tiệm Cơm Thố Chuyên Ký, Hồng Phát, Bò Kho Gánh, Cơm Tấm Ba Ghiền, Ốc Oanh, Bà Cô Lốc Cốc, Fashionista Café, Little Bear, and Nén Light.
• All replacement restaurants will be of a similar category and quality level, including Michelin Guide establishments, Michelin Bib Gourmand venues, Michelin Selected restaurants, or other highly regarded local favorites.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given
• Pets are prohibited
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Booking changes policy
